OUR FACILITY
A purpose-built laboratory on 12 acres
SELA’s laboratory complex is located in Cartersville, Marshall City, on the Marshall Highway in Margibi County — strategically positioned on one of Liberia’s main transport corridors for easy sample delivery from construction sites across the country. The 12-acre site is fully owned, with the deed probated and registered with the Liberia Land Authority.
The facility has been designed by Architect Talor Z. Kollie (drawing set SELA/001-2025) as a permanent, purpose-built laboratory complex that meets the physical and operational requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 from the ground up.
