Rehabilitation of a farm-to-market road to give farmers and traders year-round access: earthworks, replacement of weak sections, drainage and culvert rehabilitation, embankment stabilisation and lateritic surfacing. SELA provided construction materials testing and quality control.

What we did
- Laboratory testing of soils, laterite and aggregates used on the works
- Material classification, moisture content, particle size distribution, Atterberg limits, compaction (Proctor) and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) testing
- Test reports and technical recommendations to confirm materials met the required standards
